Following USGS, magnitude 3.1 weak earthquake shook Northern California at 17:38 UTC. Today's earthquake in Fairfield, CA will have well felt by the people of Benicia, Pleasant Hill, Travis AFB, Suisun City, Vallejo, Petaluma, Fairfield, Roseville, Vacaville and Sacramento.
