Recent floods in Haiti kill 4, affect thousands families


Recent floods in Haiti caused by the torrential rainfall have claimed lives of at least four people including three children.

Torrential rains have affected 112 families in Port-au-Prince, 2,500 in Cite Soleil and 1,800 in Cabaret, Haiti Libre reported quoting a provisional assessment of the Directorate of Civil Protection.

Floods caused significant damage at Martissant and Cité Soleil, specifically in Sarthe, Ti Haïti, Soleil 6, soleil 26, lintho 1, projet Drouillard.
