  • Flash floods in Faryab, Afghanistan
    -Flash floods in Faryab region of Afghanistan has claimed lives of seven people.

  • Avalanches in Cascade mountains east of Seattle, Washington state
    -At least two people are reported to be missing in two separate avalanches in Cascade mountains in Washington state.

  • M 5.8 moderate deep earthquake in Vanuatu (@ 266 km depth) with epicenter located 61 km NE of Isangel. Just a weak shaking of MMI III will have felt by the people of Isangel, Port-Vila, We and Dumbea (New Caledonia).

  • M 3.6 light shallow earthquake in Nevada 9@ 5 km depth) with epicenter located 16 km SW from Joseco. People of Caliente and Helene will have felt weak shaking of MMI II-III.

  • M 5.0 moderate earthquake Off the Coast of Aisen, Chile (@ 35 km depth) with epicenter located 225 km W of Puerto Chacabuco. It will have faintly felt by the people of Puerto Aisen, Coihaique and Puerto Quellon.
