    -Magnitude 5.6 earthquake in Jalalabad, Afghanistan has claimed lives of at least thirteen people.

    Fatalities are from Nangarhar and Kunar area of Afghanistan.

    -Flooding in Balkh, Afghanistan has claimed lives of thirteen people.

  • M 3.3 weak shallow earthquake in Oklahoma (@ 5 km depth) with epicenter located 10 km ENE of Luther. It will have well felt by the people of Choctaw, Edmond, Guthrie, Spencer and Wellston.

  • M 5.6 strong earthquake in Hindu Kush Region, Afghanistan (@ 62 km depth) with epicenter located 11 km S of Mehtar Lam. Light shaking of  MM IV will have felt by the people of Sheywah, Goshtah, Sultanpur-e `Ulya, Jalalabad, Qarghah'i and Mehtar Lam.
